Training Solutions

Bishop Technologies now offers world class training courses to complement our enterprise class products and support. Our current course offerings include:

Basic EAS Administrator – a 3 day hands–on course designed to give the day-to-day EAS System Administrator the skills and introduction to daily tasks and processes needed to administer an EAS system.
Complete EAS Administrator – a 4 day hands–on course that includes the 3 day Basic EAS Administrator course along with a 1 day EAS installation and System Engineering Supplement.
Complete EAS Discovery – consists of (2) 3.5 hour on-line training sessions, designed to give the EAS Discovery user the skills to properly run queries and create cases. Instruction on the required workflows to administer Discovery and successfully locate the required content when the pressure is on.
Complete EAS Supervisor – a 1/2 day hands–on (or web based) course that allows you to understand the inner workings of Autonomy/ZANTAZ EAS Supervisor compliance solution.
